Intelligent Epitaxy Technology, Inc. taking delivery of another Riber 6000 Production MBE System in the 4th Quarter of 2003 to meet 2004 market demand

      Richardson, TX – Intelligent Epixtaxy Technology, Inc. (IntelliEPI), a leading provider of Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) epitaxial wafers to electronics and optoelectronics industries, announces its intention to take delivery of another Riber 6000 multi-wafer production MBE reactor during the 4th quarter of 2003. With the additional reactor, IntelliEPI’s capacity will include two Riber 49 (4x4"), three Riber 6000 (4x6", or 9x4”) and one Riber 7000 (7x6", or 14x4”). “With the added capacity from this new Riber 6000 reactor, IntelliEPI will be well positioned to address the projected increase in customer demand in 2004,” said Dr. Yung-Chung Kao, the President & CEO of IntelliEPI. “We anticipate strong growth from our customers for the next few quarters. This new MBE reactor will further expand our production capacity particularly in 4” and 6” GaAs products to better serve our valued customers.”
