Intelliegent Epitaxy Technology, Inc. completes ISO 9001:2000 registration

      Richardson, TX . We are proud to announce that Intelligent Epitaxy Technology, Inc. (IntelliEPI) is now ISO 9001:2000 certified as of March 5, 2007. This certification recognizes that IntelliEPI, as an organization, has a quality management system in place to ensure consistent quality of products and services.

IntelliEPI's certification is registered for the activities of Molecular Beam Epitaxy materials growth for supplying compound semiconductor epitaxial wafers. The products include GaAs and InP-based epitaxy wafers for RF, wireless telecommunication, microwave, high speed digital, and optoelectronics applications.

To become certified as ISO 9001:2000 compliant, IntelliEPI underwent an extensive process/operational review that included quality management system development, documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformance to ensure the management system meets the requirements of the ISO standard.

According to Dr. Yung-Chung Kao, IntelliEPI's President, "We are very excited to receive ISO 9001: 2000 certification. Obtaining certification has been a company wide effort and a critical milestone since last year, but the certification is not our ultimate goal. Our entire team is dedicated to use our Quality Management System to drive continuous improvement in all areas of operation."
