     IntelliEPI’s management team, led by Dr. Yung-Chung Kao, Dr. Paul Pinsukanjana, and Dr. Jenn-Ming Kuo, has extensive experience in compound semiconductor applications and MBE growth. All personnel for production, R&D, sales, and marketing have extensive III-V industry experiences. We have a group of dedicated professionals with in-depth knowledge of compound semiconductor applications to ensure customers with best quality epi-wafers, best technical support, and thorough technical exchanges.

Dr. Yung-Chung Kao, President and CEO, has over 22 years of MBE experience ranging from system design and construction, epitaxial materials and devices development, to sensor-based MBE development. He has contributed to over 100 papers and holds 12 US patents related to MBE growth of PHEMTs, HBTs, RTDs, and sensor-based MBE development.

Dr. Paul Pinsukanjana, VP of Technology, has over 15 years of experience in III-V compound semiconductor including electronics and optoelectronics devices and materials research and the development of real-time sensor-based process control system for MBE. He also has over 20 papers published related to electronic materials and devices and holds several patents on sensor-based technologies for improving MBE growth.

Dr. Jenn-Ming Kuo, VP and Chief Scientist, is responsible for the development and optimization of MBE growth conditions to support the operation of productions. His expertise and knowledge in MBE growth as well as the experience in device design and processing have been critical to IntelliEPI continued success. Prior to joining this company, Dr. Kuo had spent 15 years doing research on cutting-edge MBE epi materials and devices at Bell Laboratories. Overall, Dr. Kuo has had nearly 25 years of experience in MBE and electronics/optoelectronics devices. He has published more than 130 technical papers and holds 9 US patents.
