Our Location

IntelliEPI is headquartered just outside of Dallas and located in the middle of "Telecom Corridor®". Our existing facility has four multi-6 inch MBE systems and two multi-4 inch MBE systems in full operation. IntelliEPI has expanded its facility to a total of 30,000 sq. ft. with a 10,000 sq. ft. clean room space. With the expansion which was completed in 2001, our facility houses a total of 10 multi-wafer MBE systems. This expansion ensures IntelliEPI’s customers ample quantities of 6 inch GaAs epi-wafers for wireless/RF applications, and 4 inch InP epi-wafers for optoelectronics and high speed digital applications.
